Mormon Lake Arizona (30 SE of Flagstaff)
The small town community of Mormon Lake is nestled just 30 miles SE of the town of Flagstaff (I17 to Lake Mary Road). There are many cabins and full-time homes that are available in this community. Most of the properties in this area were built from 1920 to 1990. An occasional 1990+ built home comes on the market, but not very often. Some cabins/homes have water year-round and others only have water from May 15th to October 15th.
Mormon Lake offers a seasonal restaurant and saloon along with a country store and fishing pond. Lake Mary is not far from the Valley of the Sun and is used by many people, especially in the summer. From kayaking, paddle-boarding, and water skiing, this lake is a must when in the area.
