Maryann has been in the real estate business, in a full-time capacity, for 53+ years. She has over 6,000 closed transactions Valley-wide wide. She is an Associate Broker with our team and has earned the Emeritus Award with the Phoenix Association of Realtors. She is a great leader for our team and has a wealth of knowledge that is priceless!
Maryann enjoys casinos and cruises. She also enjoys going to her cabin in Mormon Lake AZ where it is much cooler in the summertime.

Theresa Weirick Jones Associate Broker, ABR, CREN, CRS, GRI
Theresa was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She has had her real estate license since she was 18 years old. She became a Broker in 2004 and has earned her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations. Her additional education and experience are an asset to our team.
She loves spending time with her husband Shanon, two daughters Courtney and Mackenzie, and her son-in-law Ryan and granddaughter Kennedy. She loves being around her canine Bella Ray, Lucy and her grand-dogs, Izzie and Kona. She also enjoys going to their cabin in Mormon Lake Arizona, especially in summer, where it's around 30 degrees cooler.

Mackenzie Jones, Associate
Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Mackenzie is an avid dog lover, adopting her furry friend Kona from the Arizona Humane Society in recent years. Her true passion has always been working alongside her mother and grandmother (Maryann Weirick and Theresa Jones) and enjoys spending quality time with them both and the rest of her family. Mackenzie also enjoys her second passion: food, spending much of her free time braving new recipes and looking for inspiration from her favorite Hell's Kitchen chef, Gordon Ramsey. Mackenzie joined the Weirick Jones Group in early 2021 and is looking forward to meaningfully engaging with the team and her clients.

Courtney Jones Killion Marketing Director
Courtney is a native Arizonan, beginning her work in print and digital marketing at one of the largest water and power utilities in the state of Arizona in early 2014. She continues to consult for utility, healthcare and real estate industries in the digital space and truly enjoys being part of the Weirick Jones Group team. Courtney also enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter Kennedy and fur baby outdoors all over the state of Arizona: snowboarding in Greer in the winters, off-roading in Mormon Lake in the summers and grabbing a glass of her favorite Sauvignon Blanc with friends and family throughout the year. Courtney has a passion for enjoying work and life together, building connections and lasting relationships every chance she gets.
